You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after the date you receive your goodies. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.
If you receive your item and find it is not to your taste, simply pop an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know what you'd like to return, wrap it back up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and send it back to:

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or it's just plain old not-what-you-ordered, pop an email across to email@example.com with details so we can get the situation sorted! You may be asked to provide a photo or two of the issue so we can assess the situation!
