This is a lino print of a hare surrounded by wild flowers in an oval. I drew this design straight onto the lino block, carved it and hand printed each copy.
The colour is a beautiful teal, hand mixed from four different relief inks (phthalo blue, phthalo green, yellow ochre and opaque white).
Due to the nature of lino printing, each print comes out slightly different depending on how it was inked and the pressure used when printing. This makes each individual print truly unique.
I'm happy to take request for custom colours, please get in touch. Just be aware the inks take several days to dry, and depending on the colour, there may be a small extra charge.
