This is an original watercolour of a male bearded reedling (also know as a bearded tit).
There's a funny story that goes with this painting. I did have one, and it sold, but when I went to pack it up, it was nowhere to be found. I suspect it was stolen from a market along with another painting. While I was waiting for my customer to reply to me about how they wanted to proceed, I started painting this one and here it is :)
It's painted on 12x9" professional quality watercolour paper, with professional quality watercolours.
